I think this is a wonderful idea. I think people who don't belong to a church or religion, but who are very spiritual (like me) would really benefit from this.
I've actually thought about starting some sort of ritual on my own, but it's a touchy subject when you are married to an agnostic. He knows how I am though, so I know there's a way. I just haven't found it yet.
Just sing and pray all of the time. When Joe asks about it, tell him it is not all of those Jesus's he has heard about. Rather it is your own personal Jesus.
